Datum Labs provides professional services including data strategy, data engineering, analytics and visualization, analytics as a service, data analytics and consulting, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, generative AI services and managed real-time data infrastructure, delivered directly and through its productized service lines Vero, Pulse, and Orbit.

These Terms cover use of the website only, meaning browsing, forms, the cost calculator, the newsletter signup, and any public page.
Any signed engagement for Vero, Pulse, Orbit, or other Datum Labs services is governed by its own Service Agreement, which sets out scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables. These Terms do not replace or override that agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms, including the authority to submit an inquiry or sign up on behalf of a company, if applicable. Your infrastructure stays yours: Where a Solution is deployed on the client's own cloud or existing data stack, as is standard for Vero, Pulse, and Orbit engagements, the client retains ownership of that infrastructure and the data within it, from day one.
Your data stays yours: Datum Labs does not claim ownership of client data. Client data is processed strictly to deliver the contracted services, is not used for Datum Labs' internal analytics, marketing, model training, or benchmarking, and is handled under the confidentiality terms of the applicable Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Deliverables: Ownership of custom deliverables built for a client, such as dbt models, dashboards, pipelines, portals, or AI workflows built specifically for that client, is set out in the applicable Service Agreement. Datum Labs retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal accelerators, and general methodology ("Background IP") used to deliver the work, and grants the client the rights needed to use, run, and modify their deliverables going forward.
On termination or offboarding: Consistent with our Privacy Policy, client data is retained only for the duration of an active engagement and deleted afterward unless retention is required by law or agreed in writing.
Excluding client data and client deliverables, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, the Datum Labs, Vero, Pulse, and Orbit names and logos, case study write-ups, and site design, is owned by Datum Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except for normal personal browsing and sharing of public page links.
The Site references and links to third-party platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Kafka, ClickHouse, Kubernetes, and partner or certification bodies such as Clutch and Metabase.
Datum Labs does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Use of any third-party platform referenced or integrated as part of a Service Agreement is also subject to that provider's own terms.
Pricing, deposits, invoicing schedule, and refund terms for any paid engagement are set out exclusively in the applicable Service Agreement and are not established by these Terms.
Where the Site references fixed-scope or fixed-price delivery, as with Vero and Pulse, those terms become binding only once reflected in a signed Service Agreement.
The Site and its content, including case study outcomes, benchmark statistics, and calculator estimates, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Datum Labs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Past results described in case studies do not guarantee similar results for any other business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with Datum Labs' place of registration.
Any dispute arising from use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datum Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed Service Agreement, which is governed by the liability terms in that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Datum Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms. Indemnification obligations related to a specific engagement are governed by the applicable Service Agreement.
Datum Labs may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Termination of Site access does not affect the terms of any active Service Agreement, which is governed separately by its own termination clauses.
