Zoho CRM Developer

We are hiring a Zoho One Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM and Zoho One experience to take over a US-based client's Zoho setup. You'll pick it up from the external partner who built it and move the client from Zoho CRM Plus to Zoho One.

Once the migration is done, you'll clean up years of ad-hoc workflows and look after the system for the long run. The sales and intake teams use Zoho every day, so every change must be tested, documented and explained to them in plain language.

Scope of Work:

1. Migration & Handover
   
   • Take over the existing Zoho setup from an external partner, then map and document how it is actually used.
   • Complete the migration from Zoho CRM Plus to Zoho One without disrupting daily sales and intake work.
2. System Cleanup & Ownership
   
   • Review legacy workflows, Deluge functions and automations; keep what works, fix what breaks, retire what is unused.
   • Own the long-term health of the system, including access, data quality and performance.
3. Change Management
   
   • Plan, test and roll out changes carefully on a live system used by many people every day.
   • Keep rollback plans ready and communicate changes to users before they go live.
4. Documentation & Communication
   
   • Write clear documentation for workflows, automations and integrations.
   • Explain changes to non-technical business users and senior client stakeholders.
5. Client Collaboration
   
   • Work daily with a US-based client as part of a small core team.
   • Translate business requests into Zoho solutions, and push back when a request would cause problems.

Must Haves:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One.
• Strong Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow experience.
• At least one Zoho CRM Plus to Zoho One migration, or a similar platform consolidation, delivered end to end.
• Careful change habits: sandbox testing, rollback plans and clear user communication.
• Strong written and spoken English, with comfort working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• A track record of owning outcomes, not only completing tasks.

Good to Have:

• Background at a Zoho partner or implementation firm.
• Experience with Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics or Zoho Books.
• Integrating Zoho with other SaaS tools (telephony, forms, marketing) through APIs or webhooks.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
