CRM Integration Engineer

We are hiring a Business Systems / Integration Engineer with 3–6 years of experience connecting SaaS business tools to CRMs. The role owns everything between the phone system and the CRM for a US-based client's 25–30 person sales floor, starting with a cloud phone system migration integrated with Zoho CRM.

The client keeps an external telephony consultant who advises on call-flow design, number porting and compliance. This role is the builder: configuring the platform, building integrations from a spec, and rolling them out carefully on live call handling.

Scope of Work:

• Configure and roll out a cloud telephony platform (JustCall) to an agreed spec.
• Integrate it with Zoho CRM through APIs and webhooks, covering click-to-call, call logging and lead routing.
• Work with the client's external telephony consultant on call-flow design and rollout plans.
• Plan rollouts with testing and fallback steps, since live call handling cannot go down.
• Document every integration and own it after launch.
• Work directly with client stakeholders as part of a small core team.

Must Haves:

• 3–6 years as a business systems, integration or solutions engineer.
• Experience connecting at least two SaaS tools to a CRM through APIs or webhooks.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Ability to work from a written spec and ask questions before building, not after.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with client stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Zoho CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce also counts).
• Exposure to cloud telephony such as JustCall, Aircall, RingCentral, Dialpad or Twilio.
• Experience with Zapier, Make or n8n.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
