Is Launchpad 2.0 a paid program?

Yes. Launchpad 2.0 is a paid graduate training program. Selected candidates receive structured compensation during the 2–3 month training phase.

How long is the Launchpad training program?

The structured training phase runs for 2 to 3 months. During this period, participants work on real projects, receive mentorship and are evaluated on production readiness.

What happens after completing the program?

High-performing participants transition into full production roles within Datum Labs, continuing to work on real client-facing and internal data systems.

How competitive is the selection process?

Launchpad follows a structured five-stage evaluation process. We assess technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, communication clarity and long-term growth potential before final selection.
