Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and assertive Senior HR Manager to establish, implement, and strictly enforce HR policies, systems, and operational discipline across the organization.

This role is critical in eliminating policy gaps, preventing employee misuse, and building a structured, accountable, and controlled work environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, firm in decision-making, and capable of driving organization-wide discipline and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies focused on structure, discipline, and operational control.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to management on HR and organizational matters.
  • Lead initiatives to transform the organization into a policy-driven and process-oriented environment.
  • Oversee complete HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll coordination.
  • Implement structured systems,eliminate informal practices and enforce process-driven HR operations.
  • Develop, standardize, and document all HR policies including attendance, leave, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
    Ensure policies are clearly communicated, implemented, and acknowledged by all employees.
  • Establish strong governance and control mechanisms to enforce policies effectively.
    Continuously review and improve policies based on business needs.
  • Take full ownership of employee discipline and compliance across the organization.
    Handle misconduct, violations, and escalations firmly and professionally.
  • Identify structural gaps that lead to inefficiencies or misuse of systems.
    Define clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across departments.
  • Train managers on policy enforcement, discipline handling, and people management.
  • Lead hiring processes for key roles and ensure alignment with company structure and culture.
  • Implement structured evaluation and hiring processes to reduce hiring risks and improve quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee documentation, contracts, and legal records.
  • Handle sensitive HR and legal matters with confidentiality and professionalism and minimize organizational risk through proper HR controls and governance.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of HR experience with strong focus on operations, discipline, and policy enforcement.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing HR policies from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, authority, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and enforce rules firmly.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HR transformation or organizational restructuring.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS), tracking tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience in fast-growing or operationally complex environments.
