Job description
We are a dynamic and innovative company based in Lahore, with a registered office in the US. Our core team, with founders from Germany, is focused on building cutting-edge solutions in data engineering, data analytics, and dashboarding. With ten active projects, we are looking to expand our lean team by adding an experienced Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously, with a focus on data engineering and analytics.
- Utilize ClickUp for project planning, including creating Gantt charts and managing project timelines.
- Implement Agile methodologies and manage sprints to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in the data engineering and analytics domain.
- Expertise in using ClickUp for project management, including Gantt charts and task tracking.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing sprints.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
