Digital Marketing Executive & SEO

At Datum Labs, we specialize in data engineering, business intelligence and modern analytics solutions. We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with expertise in SEO, AEO and digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, generate qualified leads and boost brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize SEO/AEO campaigns to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage and monitor platforms like Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and backlink strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and manage Google Ads, PPC, and other paid campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads.
• Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates in alignment with the Business Development (BD) team.
• Manage company website updates, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Support content creation and social media strategies to complement SEO and paid marketing efforts (Google ads, PPC campaigns etc).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, and other SEO tools.
• Knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO, backlink strategies, keyword research, and CRO.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with BD and content teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
