Data Analyst (Karachi)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Analyst in Karachi to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will analyze, interpret, and visualize data to help drive client projects and internal decision-making. You will work closely with our data engineering and BI teams to deliver accurate, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple client and internal sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards for clients using Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or similar tools.
• Design, develop, and manage data transformation and modeling workflows to support analytics and reporting.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports highlighting trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the data engineering and consulting teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency in all deliverables.
• Support data integration and transformation processes as required.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analytical deliverables.
• Assist in creating predictive models and advanced analytics projects (optional/future growth).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is required.
• Design, develop, and manage data models and transformation pipelines as part of the analytics workflow.
• Basic programming skills in Python for data manipulation are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
