Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional to join Datum Labs. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in sales or business development, preferably with a proven track record on platforms like Upwork.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients interested in our data engineering, analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions
- Use Sales Navigator to research, filter, and engage high-potential leads.
- Manage and update client interactions through CRM tools to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, with a strong preference for experience on platforms like Upwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
