Webflow Developer

We are seeking a Webflow Developer to design, build and maintain high-quality pages across the entire Datum Labs website. You will take ownership of our Webflow platform, develop scalable CMS structures and work closely with design and marketing teams to create polished, responsive pages that support our brand and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive landing pages, service pages and marketing sections in Webflow
• Design CMS-driven pages for blogs, portfolio items, newsletters, case studies and other dynamic content
• Translate Figma designs into clean, production-ready Webflow builds
• Develop reusable components, style systems and scalable class architecture
• Implement Webflow interactions, animations and layouts across all breakpoints
• Optimize site performance through accessibility, SEO and page-speed enhancements
• Collaborate with design, marketing and leadership teams to introduce new sections and redesign existing pages
• Integrate analytics, forms, CRM tools and tracking solutions
• Maintain CMS structures, content workflows and documentation inside Webflow
• Troubleshoot layout issues, CMS conflicts and embedded scripts
• Support ongoing updates, new page builds and fast iteration cycles

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience building production websites in Webflow
• Strong expertise in Webflow CMS, components, naming systems and responsive design
• Ability to create pixel-accurate pages based on Figma or branding guidelines
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus point
• Experience setting up scalable CMS collections for blogs, portfolio pages and structured content
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, performance optimization and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with integrating Webflow with marketing, automation and analytics tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and clean implementation
• Experience working on SaaS or agency-style websites is a plus
