Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Master - Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Agile/Scrum processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within the desired scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. The role involves guiding multiple cross-functional teams, promoting Agile best practices, and continuously improving processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
• Project Management: Plan, track, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks while maintaining a strong focus on achieving project objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a servant leader, encouraging team autonomy while ensuring alignment with project goals and Agile practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and report on project progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, quality improvement, and team dynamics.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum practices, helping them develop their skills and deliver high-quality results.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
  
  • 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, or Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Skills:
  
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Project Manager (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing data related projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in coaching teams and organizations on Agile adoption.
