Business Analyst

Datum Labs specializes in providing cutting-edge data engineering, business intelligence, and cloud solutions. We are seeking a highly driven Business Analyst to join our team and support business development, process optimization, and project execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirement gathering, process mapping, cross-team communication, project tracking, and ensuring successful delivery of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create POCs, collaterals, and analytics proposals to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
• Design wireframes, workflow diagrams, and process maps to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Liaise between Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Development teams to streamline execution and improve project outcomes.
• Develop Project Charters and Data Audit Decks to support structured planning and detailed analysis for multiple initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive handover documents to ensure smooth project transitions and knowledge transfer.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and stakeholder feedback to align with project goals.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and support guides to improve system adoption and usability.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and data-driven opportunities.
• Manage daily tasks using Monday.com to ensure workflow efficiency and timely execution.
• Maintain project trackers on Smartsheet & Jira to monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise:
  
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to develop documentation including BRDs, SRS, user guides, and training manuals.
  • Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
